Jira is a powerful tool—if you are a 10,000-person enterprise with a dedicated team of “Jira Administrators.” But for fast-moving SMEs and agile teams, Jira is slow, bloated, and requires weeks of configuration just to start working.
Qanban is the agile alternative designed for teams who want to manage their projects, not their project management software. With our built-in AI, you can bypass the complex setup and generate your entire Epic-to-Task hierarchy in under 5 minutes.

Why Teams are Switching from Jira to Qanban
1. AI-Powered Setup, Not Admin Headaches
In Jira, creating workflows, mapping Epics, and configuring issue types is a full-time job. In Qanban, you simply type a one-sentence description of your project goal, and our native AI automatically structures a continuous-flow Kanban board perfectly tailored to your project. Get out of setup mode and into execution mode instantly.
2. Zero Alert Fatigue
Jira is notorious for flooding your inbox and chat channels with unnecessary notifications. Qanban integrates directly with Slack and MS Teams via native, one-way webhooks to push only high-signal, ready-to-read updates. Keep your stakeholders in the loop without the noise.
3. Purpose-Built for Agile Progress
You don’t need a heavy, cluttered interface to track sprints and cycle times. Qanban offers clean, multi-tiered progress boards (from Portfolio down to Team levels) and automated burndown tracking. Spot bottlenecks instantly without needing a certification in software administration.
Stop Paying for Complexity You Don’t Need
Your team’s time is your most valuable asset. Stop wasting it on software that slows you down. Experience the fastest project setup in the industry and get your team perfectly aligned today.
