Don’t waste hours manually configuring complex project management templates. With Qanban’s built-in AI, you can bypass the tedious setup process entirely.

Simply describe what your team wants to achieve in a single sentence, and our AI will automatically generate your entire workspace. From custom statuses to structured task breakdowns, Qanban gets you out of the setup phase and into execution mode in under 5 minutes.

The Fastest Onboarding in the Industry

Most agile tools require you to manually map out workflows, define Epics, and break down tasks before you can even start working. Qanban automates the heavy lifting:

  • Automated Epic-to-Task Hierarchy: The AI doesn’t just create columns; it intelligently breaks down your core objective into actionable Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks.
  • Tailored to Your Workflow: Whether you are launching a SaaS product, running a marketing campaign, or tracking client deliverables, the AI customizes the board structure to fit your exact industry and methodology.
  • Zero Third-Party Connectors: The AI generation is built natively into Qanban. No API keys to manage, no complex coding, and no extra fees.
  • Completely Free: Our AI onboarding feature is included in the “Free Forever” plan at no extra cost.

How the AI Board Generator Works

  1. Write a Single Prompt: Enter a one-sentence description of your project goal (e.g., “We are building a new mobile app for a local coffee shop.”).
  2. Let the AI Map the Structure: The AI analyzes your prompt and instantly structures a continuous-flow Kanban board with appropriate status columns.
  3. Review Your Epics and Tasks: The system automatically populates the board with high-level Epics and granular tasks required to hit your goal.
  4. Assign and Execute: Invite your team, assign the pre-generated tasks, and start tracking progress immediately.
